How the device works

The constant pressure water supply device utilizes the adjustable capacity of the pressure tank to automatically adjust the change of the user's water volume. When the water consumption is reduced or no water is used, the water pump can be started for a long time to achieve energy saving purposes. Compared with water towers and high water tanks, it can save about 40%-60% of investment. The compact structure of the device reduces floor space and saves land resources compared to other conventional water supply units. The equipment is fully automatic and requires no special personnel to manage and work reliably.

At the same time, in the water circulation system: on the one hand, there is a large amount of gas, if it is not removed, it is easy to generate gas resistance, resulting in poor circulation of local or whole system, uneven heat and cold, and damage of equipment and pipeline; Oxygen causes corrosion of end equipment such as heating (refrigeration) equipment, pipes and steel radiators. Perforation and water leakage directly affect the safety of the entire system. The degassing equipment in the unit is based on Henry's law: a certain amount of gas is dissolved in water at a certain temperature and pressure. When the temperature is increased or the pressure is lowered, the dissolved gas in the water will be reduced; the water temperature is passed without changing the water temperature. The device generates a vacuum that releases free and dissolved gases from the water and exits the system through an automatic venting valve. The degassed unsaturated water will seek to balance the gas and water in the gas in the absorption system. This cycle, in order to remove all the gas in the system water, to ensure stable and safe operation of the system.
