Oriental seedling cultivation

Indoor water quality requirements The nursery room water quality meets the requirements of the People's Republic of China National Standard "Fisheries Water Quality Standard" (GB11607--89) and the People's Republic of China's Agricultural Industry Standard "Water Quality of Harmless Food Aquaculture Water" (NY5052-2001). Water for nursery was treated with three stages of precipitation, sand filtration, and ultraviolet disinfection. Broodstock and production (1) Harvesting and holding of broodstock At present, except for the artificial breeding of broodstock, artificial breeding of Eastern frogs depends on the direct production of broodstock from the spawning stage. The fishing tools are mainly set nets and fishing catches. The captured broodstock is immediately moved into the indoor cement pool for raising, and hormone injection is given after 24 hours. If the gonads have matured gonads, that is, the abdomen can be squeezed out by hand to press the abdomen to produce mature eggs and semen, the sperm and eggs can be collected on site for artificial insemination. The fertilized eggs are transported back into the nursery by oxygen in plastic bags. (2) Selection Criteria for broodstock Broodstock should be selected for individuals without physical injury and robustness. Among them, large species (such as Redfin Oriental) require a total length of 40-55 cm and a weight of 1.5-4 kg; medium-sized females weigh more than 0.75 kg, and male fish weigh 0.5 kg or more. Females should be swollen in the abdomen, slightly reddish in the genital hole, and slightly protruding outward. It is advisable for the male to have a milky white semen out of the abdomen. (3) Artificially spawning broodstock in the sea area can be naturally spawned and fertilized in the spawning pool after 1-2 injections of oxytocin. Hormone dosage forms and dosages: For use alone, 2000-3000 IU of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) or 3-10 micrograms of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone analogue (LRH-A2) are injected per kilogram of fish body weight; mixed use, per kg of fish Weight injection HCG500-1500 international unit plus LRH-A22-3 micrograms. Spawning ponds and broodstock management: The spawning pond area is preferably 15-25 m2, water depth 1.0-1.5 m, and broodstock stocking density 1-2 kg/m. Male to female ratio is 1:1-2. Depending on the feeding condition of the broodstock, appropriate amount of feeding should be changed once a day. Incubation of fertilized eggs (1) Identification of fertilized eggs Oriental eggs are multi-oil balls of submerged eggs with large egg diameters (eg, egg diameters generally greater than 1.0 mm), pale yellow or pearl white, and thick, opaque egg membranes. The newly fertilized eggs are soft and harden after hours. Usually after 1-2 days, the unfertilized eggs or necrotic eggs gradually turn yellow, and the surface is rough and easily crushed, while the fertilized eggs are milky or light yellow and the egg membrane is smooth. (2) Sterilization of fertilized eggs Eastern hatching time is longer, and dead eggs are more prone to germs such as hydromycosis, so fertilized eggs need to be soaked with a chlorine dioxide solution with a concentration of 2 ml/m3. (3) Incubation method Glass fiber drums with a volume of 0.3 ? 0.5 m3 are used for hatching. The bottom is funnel-shaped and continuously inflated and flushed with water. The amount of eggs is 100,000 to 30,000 eggs per barrel; or the diameter is made of 60 mesh or 80 mesh sieves. A 60 cm-high, 60 cm-high conical cage was hung in the cement pool and kept inflated and micro-flowing. Each cage was laid with 100,000 eggs. The indoor cement pool seedling cultivation seedlings can be divided into two stages: the early stage (about 10-15 days, from the hatching to a full length of 4-6 mm) and the late stage (a total length of 5-30 mm). (1) It is advisable to cultivate a small cement tank with a volume of 10-20 m3 in the previous cultivation pond. The larvae require less light, and the light is usually controlled at 500-1000 lux. The seedling density was 1.5-30000/m3. Quiet water, micro-aeration, and regular addition of chlorella to a concentration of 100,000 cells/ml in water. After the larvae are open, the fortified rotifers are fed at a density of 10-20/ml. Change the water 2-3 times a day, change the amount of water to 1/3-1/2 of the total body of water, and absorb the dirt once a day. After 10-15 days of cultivation, the larvae have a total length of 4-6 mm. At this time, the teeth have grown up, and the individual size also produces a difference. The phenomenon of mutual susceptibility to food has begun to occur. Sorting and evacuation should be carried out in time. (2) The rear cultivation pond is an indoor or outdoor cement pool with a volume of 20-60 m3, and it can also be an outdoor pool (see the soil nursery for details). The late larvae are slightly more adaptable to light, and the light can be controlled at 1-3 million lux. The density of seedlings should be 1500-2500 tails/m3. The rotifers were fed continuously, Artemia nauplii and Copepoda were added, and the feeding density was 0.31 to 1 ml/ml. The fed amount increased with the increase of the fish body; when the juvenile length was more than 1.0 cm All were fed Artemia and copepods, and the bait density was 1/ml. At the same time, the fish meat was started to be fed. It was fed 2 times on the initial day and gradually increased to 5-6 times per day; when the total length of the fry was 1.5 cm, it was changed. For all fish meat meal. Change the water twice a day, change the amount of water for 50% -100%; after feeding the fish meat, increase the amount of water or the use of running water, daily water change 200% -400%. During the post-cultivation period, depending on the survival and size of the fish fry, another sorting and arranging can be conducted to ensure the healthy and rapid growth of the fry. When the total length is 2.5-3.0 cm, it reaches the specifications of commercial fish species. Outdoor soil pond ecological seedling cultivation At present, the earth-finishing seedlings of Red-fin Oriental, Double-spot Oriental, Chrysanthemum Oriental and Obscura Oriental have been successful. (1) Nursery earthen ponds and physiochemical conditions for nursery The area of nursery earthen ponds is 0.33 to 0.67 hectares, water depth is more than 1.8 meters, sand mud bottom, and drainage and drainage are convenient. It is best to have fresh water. Water temperature above 16°C, salinity 20-32. (2) Clearing the pond and fertilizer water before the seedlings are thoroughly exposed to dryness, and the influent water is 20-30 centimeters centimeters. After the water is disinfected to remove the wild, after the drug effect is passed, the influent water is filtered through the screen and the water is 0.6-1.0 meters. water. (3) larvae pond size and stocking density 2-3 days old larvae (before and after larvae opening) can be directly transferred with water into nursery earthen ponds, or can be cultivated in indoor cement tanks for 5-10 days before being removed from the outside. The stocking density is preferably 7.5-1.2 million/ha. Before the seedlings of the oriental seedlings grown out of the pond are discharged from the pond, strict inspection and quarantine shall be conducted. Unhealthy seedlings such as diseased seedlings, deformed seedlings, and bacterin-resistant seedlings shall all be removed and destroyed on the spot. (4) Physicochemical conditions of hatching The incubation of the fertilized eggs generally does not require high light. It only requires 500-1000 lux. The suitable hatching salinity of Haihe River is 22-3‰5, and the optimal hatching salinity is 28-32‰. The suitable hatching water temperature varies depending on the species. The red fin eastern and artificial eyes are 14-22°C, and the most suitable is 16-20°C. The dark eastern ridge and the eastern frog are 17-25°C. The optimum is 20-23°C. (5) Separation of larvae The incubation time of Oriental fertilized eggs differs depending on the species and water temperature and generally takes 5-10 days. The time before and after larval hatching may differ by 96 hours. In order to ensure the quality of the first larvae, the hatched larvae should be separated from the unhatched eggs in time. The specific method is to stop the gas and water first, and after the hatching and sinking of the fertilized fish and the floating of the larvae, remove all the larvae with water.

The greenhouse a filled with equipment like hydroponic, irrigation, auxiliary lighting ,temperature and humidity control and also may be automatically controlled by a computer to maximize potential growth.
Hydroponics can be used to make the most use of the interior space. The relatively closed environment of a greenhouse has its own unique management requirements, compared with outdoor production. Pests and diseases, and extremes of heat and humidity, have to be controlled, and irrigation is necessary to provide water. Most greenhouses use sprinklers or drip lines. Significant inputs of heat and light may be required, particularly with winter production of warm-weather vegetables.
