First, materials and methods Experiment time and place. The experiment began in 2001 and ended in 2002, after two production years. The experiment site is located at the experimental and practice base in the Yunshan Township of Lianyungang City, School of Marine and Fisheries of Huaihai Institute of Technology. 2. Ponds and disinfection. The aquaculture ponds are rectangular, extending from north to south, with a total of 7 earthen ponds, a depth of 2.4m, and a flat bottom, which can maintain an effective water depth of 2.0m. Among them, 4 ponds have an area of ​​2.6 mu, and 3 ponds have an area of ​​3 mu. The pond is sterilized with 80 kg/mu of quick lime pond before entering the pond. 3. Water and water treatment.
