Soymilk is heated to 100°C. Mix 7 liter of soybean milk with 500 g of yam paste and 40 g of coagulant, and then solidify. Put the contents into the molding box and press out the water, which is nutrient-rich mountain: medicine tofu. 3. Konjac tofu konjac powder 10 grams, 60 grams of rice flour, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 ml, water 600 ml, 1 egg. 50 ml of a 0.03% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution was added to 600 ml of water, and a mixture of 10 g of konjak flour and 60 g of rice flour was added while stirring, and allowed to expand for 1.5 hours. Then add 50 ml of calcium hydroxide suspension to make a gel. One more broken egg was added to the gel and mixed. The mixture was filled into a stainless steel mold with a depth of 35 mm, a length and width of 170 mm, and capped. The mixture was cooked at 85° C. for 40 minutes, and then solidified and removed. Cool, cut into pieces. 4. To grease soybean curd 10 kg high quality, water amount. Soybeans are washed and pressed into the oil press to separate oil and bean cakes. One kilogram of soybeans can be pressed with 90 grams of oil and 0.8 kilograms of bean cake. Pour the bean cake into the bucket, and add it in warm water for 7 to 8 hours in 1:7, then pour it into the pot and heat it, boil it and filter it. Use 14% gypsum water to make a paste. The process is the same as the traditional method of tofu. For every 100 kilograms of fat-removed tofu, you can earn 80 yuan.
