LCZ696 (Valsartan/sacubitril) is a combination drug for use in heart failure developed by Novartis. At the same time, one-third of the upper water in the original pool can be used to siphon into the disinfected pool and the pool can be started. The pool salinity of the poured fish should be adjusted to 8 to 10, and the water temperature should be above 12°C. The purpose of cleaning, disinfecting, and changing water can be achieved by pouring the pool without affecting the normal feeding of the fish.
