Decomposition method of organic fertilizer

Fertilizers formed from a mixture of various fresh livestock excreta and gasket materials need to be decomposed into nutrients and humic substances that can be used in the state of crops through the action of microorganisms during the accumulation process. This kind of organic fertilizer is suitable for application. The key to heap rot is timely. There are three methods for composting organic fertilizer.

Loose deposit

Loosening and accumulation of freshly-circulated fresh livestock manure on the composting site maintained good ventilation during the accumulation process. Under high temperature conditions, the decomposition of livestock excrement is fast, and in a short period of time, decomposed organic fertilizer can be produced.

Close Stacking

Livestock urine from the laps is accumulated layer by layer at the composting site and compacted while being stacked. If it is too dry, add appropriate amount of water to keep it moist. The height of the heap should be 1.5 to 2 meters. When the accumulation is completed, the fertilizer should be well sealed and the temperature generally kept at 15 to 35 degrees Celsius.

With this method, humus accumulates more and nitrogen loss is less. After about 3 to 4 months, the organic fertilizer can be half-ripe, and it can fully decompose after 6 months.

Loose loose cross-stacking

By loosely packing alternately, it is possible to shorten the decay time of the organic fertilizer and reduce the loss of nitrogen.

The fresh organic fertilizer is loosely stacked about a meter high outside the enclosure and is not compacted for fermentation. Generally within 2 days to 3 days, the temperature in the heap can reach 60°C to 70°C. Afterwards, fresh organic fertilizer can still be accumulated so that it can be stacked layer by layer until the height is 2m to 2.5m. The soil is well sealed with mud, keeping the temperature, obstructing the entry of air and preventing the loss of fertilizer and moisture. Usually half a month to two months can be reached semi-ratured state, after 4 months can be fully decomposed.

In addition, in order to increase the efficiency of organic fertilizers and reduce nitrogen loss, 4% of superphosphate and organic fertilizers can be added together.

LCZ696 (Valsartan/sacubitril) is a combination drug for use in heart failure developed by Novartis. It consists of the angiotensin receptor blocker valsartan and the neprilysin inhibitor sacubitril, in a 1:1 mixture by molecule count. It may be used instead of an ACE inhibitor or an angiotensin receptor blocker in people with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. The combination is sometimes described as an "angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor" (ARNi).
It was approved under the FDA's priority review process on July 7, 2015. It is also approved in Europe.
We produce a series of complete intermediates for LCZ696, intermediate I (CAS No. 1426129-50-1) and intermediate II (CAS No. 1012341-50-2) etc.

All of our products are with stable production and strict quality control, making sure your experience with Sunshine Biotech is always enriching, satisfying and fulfilling.
