Sealing machine principle structure:

The general sealing machine is composed of a frame, a speed reduction transmission mechanism, a sealing printing mechanism, a conveying device and an electrical and electronic control system.

When the power is turned on, each mechanism starts to work, and the heating element is heated after being energized, so that the upper and lower heating blocks are heated up sharply, and the temperature is controlled to the required temperature by the temperature control system, the printing wheel rotates, and the cooling system starts to cool as needed, and the conveyor belt is sent, And adjusted by the speed control device to the required speed.

When the package containing the article is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing portion of the bag is automatically fed between the two sealing tapes in operation and brought into the heating zone, and the heat of the heating block is transferred to the sealing portion of the bag through the sealing tape. The film is melted by heat, and then passed through the cooling zone to appropriately lower the surface temperature of the film, and then rolled by a knurling wheel (or a printing wheel) to bond the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing portion and press the mesh pattern (or printed logo) ), the sealed bag is sent out of the machine by the guiding rubber belt and the conveyor belt to complete the sealing operation.

Use the first step, wear the film
1. When you get the film, you need to confirm the winding direction of the film, find the counterclockwise direction, and put it on the film rod to fix it. (Please turn off the power when wearing the film)

2. Pay attention to whether the front and rear fixed splints of the film are tightly combined with the film. If it cannot be tightly combined, use a utility knife to cut the inside of the film tube into a bevel.

3. After putting on the film, use a tape to firmly attach the film to the receiving paper tube.

1. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, set the temperature controller to the predetermined temperature, and the green heating indicator lights up. When the upper hot plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator lights up (the electric heating device alternates between heating and holding state when the sealing machine is working, so the green and red indicator lights are also alternately displayed, which is a normal phenomenon).

2. Put the plastic cup into the lower mold slide and push the lower mold slide to the determined position by hand (if it is a fully automatic sealing machine or automatic sealing machine, after placing the plastic cup, the lower mold slide will automatically enter), down Press the handle of the sealing machine to the maximum stroke, hold it for 1~2 seconds, then slowly raise the handle and push it to the original position.

3. Pull out the lower mold slide, take out the plastic cup, and put it into the final sealing rubber cup for another cycle.
