Raw bean cake should not feed goose

Soybean cake contains 42% of crude protein. Except for a slight deficiency of methionine, the content of other essential amino acids is relatively balanced, especially the lysine content is as high as 2.38%. Driven by profits, some self-employed households use low-temperature oil extraction to produce soybean cake. This raw soybean cake contains anti-nutritional substances, which can be used directly to feed geese. 1. Anti-trypsin: can reduce the protein digestion and absorption rate of feed, reduce the feed conversion rate, so that the growth of the goslings is slow, the egg production of the goose decreases. 2. Haemagglutinin: It can become a toxin under the action of certain microorganisms in the digestive tract, which reduces the growth rate of goslings. 3. Anti-Vitamins: The raw soybean cake contains anti-VA, VD, VB12 factors that can cause deficiency of these vitamins. In view of the above shortcomings, raw soybean cakes can not be directly used as feed ingredients to feed goose. They can be heated to above 100°C to destroy toxic substances and eliminate adverse effects.
