The cold system uses five bogey in winter

One bogey start after adding water. After the engine is started, the temperature of the engine rises sharply, and the instantaneous temperature of the combustion chamber can reach over 1,000 degrees Celsius. If cooling water is suddenly added to the water tank at this time, parts such as the airframe, water tank, cylinder head, and vortex chamber insert will easily crack. Pistons, connecting rods and other parts will also form. The correct approach is to add about 80°C hot water to the tank before starting. Second, rush to put cooling water after the car. The outdoor temperature in winter is low, generally around 0°C. There is still 80 to 90°C temperature when the engine is just off. If you immediately let go of the cooling water, the difference between the machine temperature and the air temperature is too great. Water tanks, airframes, cylinder heads and other parts are easy to crack. Correct practice: The engine should be idled for 5 to 8 minutes, and the cooling water can only be released after the engine temperature drops to 50 to 70°C. Three bogey do not observe the release of water. As scale and impurities are present in the water release switch, the cooling water is often not released, and it also causes the body to freeze. Therefore, when the water is discharged, the operator should be on the side of the machine and observe carefully whether the water is smooth or not. When it is not smooth, the drain switch should be opened so that the cooling water in the body can be fully discharged. 4. Avoid bobbing the crankshaft when releasing water. When the water release switch is turned on, the cooling water in the tank cannot be drained. A part of the cooling water remains in the water channel, and the right energy of the body is still frozen. Therefore, after putting the cooling water in the water tank, you should crank the crankshaft for dozens of turns in order to drain the water in the water channel. Five bogey do not pay attention to engine insulation. Tractors and agricultural vehicles should have at least a simple carport to keep them out of the house. In cold weather, there must be insulation curtains and put them down. In this way, one right to prevent machine corrosion, and the other to increase the temperature, the next day The heating temperature does not drop sharply and the engine is easy to start. This is one of the measures to extend the service life of the locomotive.
