The main technical points of the cover soil cultivation of Agaricus bisporus

Covering soil is a technical measure unique to the production of Agaricus bisporus. Pay attention to the following aspects before overburdening:
(1) The surface of the culture material should be kept dry. If the material surface is too wet, it should be ventilated.
(2) Check for bacteria and pests. Once discovered, measures must be taken.
(3) The material surface should be subjected to a "germ", that is, grasping the culture material by hand, and then leveling so that the mycelium of the material surface is broken into more hyphae.
(4) Before covering the soil, check whether the mycelium grows to the bottom of the material. If not, wait until the mycelium grows to the bottom of the material and cover the soil.
(5) Covering soil material is closely related to mushroom production. Where peat soil resources are abundant in the north, it is best to use peat soil as a cover material. Or use rice bran (wheat glutinous rice) and fine soil as covering material, the ratio is 1:20, rice bran (wheat glutinous rice) is soaked in 1% lime water for 24 hours, and then mix well with the mud after being removed, and stuffy overnight. 500 tons of carbendazim WP and 80% of dichlorvos EC should be sprayed and sprayed before application of the casing material. The water content should be about 40%. It should be hand-held, suitable for landing and suitable pH. The value is 7.5 to 7.8, covered with a film for 24 hours after spraying, and then mixed and re-mixed once. When covering the soil, first cover 2 to 2.5 cm in the material surface, requiring uniform thickness and flatness. When the mycelium is twisted into linear mycelium in the soil, a layer of 1 cm thick fine soil is placed on top of the soil.
