 The mechanical and electronic parts of the test instrument are equipped with an automatic control system that is easy to operate but complex in construction. In order to ensure the normal operation of the instrument and prolong the service life, users are not required to do the following maintenance and maintenance work:
8.1 mechanical part
8.1.1. The inside and outside of the instrument must be kept clean. It is forbidden to clean the surface of the instrument with corrosive solution or gasoline.
8.1.2. Clean the two guide posts with a soft cloth dipped in oil every one or two weeks;
Fill the bearings every month to lubricate the wearable parts;
If it is not used for a long time, apply lubricating oil to the upper and lower mold surfaces;
8.1.3. Each time the test is done, the rubber residue in the mold cavity is cleaned.
8.1.4. The pneumatic coupling inside the machine is cleaned once with kerosene every three months.
8.1.5. The gas path should be kept clean.
8.1.6. The oil mister should be oiled and added to a 2/3 height.
8.1.7 The pressure gauge is identified once every six months.
8.2 Electrical Section
8.2.1. When the machine is faulty, first check whether the fuse is blown. If there is a fuse, it should be analyzed for any reason, and the new fuse can be replaced after finding out the cause.
8.2.2. When the fuses are all intact, check the connectors for looseness.
8.2.3. Check whether the switching power supply meets the nominal value, that is, the output should be +5V, +12V. If there is any abnormality, immediately turn off.
8.2.4. The maintenance principle of the circuit board adopts the whole block exchange method. The user can purchase the spare board separately when purchasing the machine. It is strictly forbidden to tamper during the warranty period, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk!
8.2.5. Printer consumables should be replaced frequently.
8.2.6. When the instrument is not used for a long time, it must be powered once a week, and the power-on time should not be less than 15 minutes to keep the electronic components in a normal state.
8.2.7. Do not touch the integrated circuit on the printed board to avoid electrostatic breakdown!
8.2.8. Users of circuit boards and measurement and control modules generally do not need to be disassembled. If there are any problems, they should contact the company in time.
