First, the balance should be warmed up, the time is about 2-3 hours.
Second, the balance should be horizontal, otherwise it will be adjusted.
3. When the balance is said to have no weighing objects, it should be displayed in a stable position to zero.
4. Press the “CAL” button to start the internal calibration function of the balance. Later, the electronic balance displays “C”, indicating that the internal calibration is in progress.
5. When the electronic balance display shows zero position, the electronic balance should be calibrated. If an error occurs during the calibration, the electronic balance display will show “Err”, the display time is very short, it should be reset again and recalibrated.

Electronic balance school:

Second, the balance should be in a horizontal state.
3. When the balance is not weighing, the balance should be displayed as zero. 4. Press the “CAL” button to activate the calibration function of the balance.
5. The weight value of the external adjustment weight is displayed on the display of the balance.
6. Place the standard weight that meets the accuracy requirements on the scale of the balance.
7. When the display value of the electronic balance is unchanged, it indicates that the external calibration work has been completed, and the standard weight can be taken out.
8. The balance shows that the zero position is in the standby state. If an error occurs during the calibration, the electronic balance display will show “Err”, the display time is very short, it should be reset again, and the calibration will be performed again.
