1. The unit must be started under no load conditions. After the empty machine is started for 2-3 minutes, feed the hoist again. Stop feeding before stopping, and stop the material before stopping.

2. The feeding should be uniform and should not exceed the rated delivery capacity of the hoist. In order to avoid the phenomenon of blockage in the lower part of the hoist. If the blockage occurs, it must be shut down immediately.

3. When the hoist is operated for 100 hours after first use or repair, recheck the whole machine and tighten all bolt joints.

4. The hoisting machine should keep the lubrication points properly lubricated during the working process.

5. Reducer maintenance is performed according to the requirements of the reducer.

6. If equipped with a jog device, the jog device must be operated under no-load conditions.

7. Regularly check the operation of each component, check whether the bolts at each joint are tight, and whether the traction parts and the hopper are worn and damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.

8. Each factory shall carry out regular overhaul according to the use of the factory and the working environment. When the operator finds that there is a problem with the operation of the equipment, it should make a record and eliminate it when it is overhauled.

9. Emphasize that the moving parts are not allowed to be cleaned and repaired while the hoist is in operation.

10. In the operation and use of the machine, there should be a fixed operator, and a strict handover system must be established. Material characteristics, working conditions, delivery volume, etc. should meet the design requirements, and regularly maintain lubrication and overhaul the hoist.
