III. Installation and operation of the machine

1, the installation of the machine

Install the oven in a well ventilated room. There must be a three-phase, five-wire power supply at the installation. Special attention should be paid to the height of the room must exceed 1.7m above the roof.

2, control panel introduction

The operation panel of the machine is equipped with push button switch operation. When starting the system, press the power switch system to power on.

When the power is turned on, the system first performs a self-test. If the self-test is normal, the temperature controller will display the temperature.

This machine has the functions of cooking, drying, smoking, etc. First of all, cooking is as follows: 1. Set the temperature of the cooking in the temperature controller 2. Turn on the cooking switch. 3. Turn on the fan switch. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the set temperature, the time relay will automatically time. Five, maintenance
