Power roller conveyor machinery safety operation guide

With the continuous innovation and development of China's production technology, food production enterprises generally use food conveyors for production operations in order to save production time and improve production levels. As the main component of the food conveyor, the power roller should ensure the safety of the production workers and the transportation equipment during the operation of the power roller of the food conveyor. The staff should strictly follow the transportation machinery operation procedure to carry out the standard operation:

First, when the power roller food conveyor is in the process of running the production line, the operator should not put the hands and feet into the drum, otherwise it will cause extremely serious production accidents and even endanger their own life safety;

Secondly, when the operator is ready to transport the food materials, first check whether the power drum has deformation of the drum bending depression, and whether the rail of the mounting drum has bending deformation, the joint of the conveyor roller rail and the bracket, etc. Whether the screw is loose or not, if this happens, stop it in time and adjust it in time;

Third, when the food production line is engaged in production and transportation, the operator must not place tools or debris on the conveyor drum;

Fourth, when the conveyor equipment is ready to be opened, it is observed whether the drum of the power drum is rotating flexibly, and whether a particularly abnormal sound is emitted;

Fifth, when the production workers and the conveyor equipment are started, it is necessary to check whether the conveyed food materials and the tooling plates are running normally on the assembly line.

Sixth, the production workers should lightly place the materials conveyed and transported in the middle position of the food conveying machinery to avoid damage to the drum caused by strong impact when the material deviates from the drum;

Finally, the assembly line personnel who are about to enter the conveyor production operation should pass the safety training knowledge of the food enterprise before going to work, and then enter the production line for operation.
