There are still some problems in the production of mechanical equipment, which affects our production. So we have summarized some common problems and solutions for liquid filling machines.

1. The liquid filling machine cannot be started:

(1) Turn on the power switch and turn off the power and check the fuse.

(2) Release the emergency stop button.

(3) Check if the switching power supply has DC24V power output.

(4) Check if the touch screen and PLC communication line are loose.

2. The filling dose of the liquid filling machine is not accurate:

(1) Check the feeding system of the equipment.

(2) Clean the pipe and check if there is any debris in the material.

(3) Replace the pneumatic valve seal ring of the equipment, the air pipe leaks, and replace the pneumatic valve.

(4) Clean the solenoid valve and replace the solenoid valve.

(5) Adjust the ball valve to reduce the impact force and increase the dive depth.

(6) Adjust the injection cylinder magnetic switch.

3. The liquid filling machine has no problem of feeding:

(1) Whether the nozzle is closed or not, check the circuit.

(2) Check if the air pressure is normal and whether the injection cylinder and cylinder are leaking.

(3) The material reaches a minimum and is not enough for the filling of the corresponding container.

4. Liquid leakage occurred in the liquid filling machine:

(1) Tighten the lower nozzle and replace the lower nozzle seal.

(2) Replace the blanking pipe.

(3) Clean the pneumatic valve and replace the pneumatic valve gasket.

(4) Replace the injection cylinder seal.

There are still many things to pay attention to when maintaining equipment. Most of the current filling machines are made of stainless steel. Some structural materials require higher materials. Do not scratch the surface with sharp and hard tools.
