Main engine maintenance: The fixtures equipped with the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil; due to the hydraulic pressure, the jaws of the electronic tensile testing machine are often used, which is easy to wear. When there are too many scales, it is easy to cause small pistons to leak oil, so the jaws should be It should be cleaned after each test, and the sliding surface in contact with the lining plate and the dovetail groove on the lining should be kept clean. Regularly apply a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide grease; check the tongs regularly. If the screw is found to be loose, be sure to tighten it in time; check the transmission of the sprocket regularly. If it is loose, re-tension the tensioner.

Maintenance of oil source: Regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the host and oil source. If there is any oil leakage, replace the sealing ring or combination pad in time; according to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, periodically change the oil absorption filter. And the filter element, replace the hydraulic oil.
