Bottle washing machine common problems and their treatment methods

1. The bottle washing machine will bring the bottle and the ultrasonic wave into the auger area to easily pour the bottle.

Treatment method: adjust the overall height of the mesh belt and the speed of the conveyor belt. Increase the friction of the F4 strips on both sides of the side panels to reduce the friction or increase the shrapnel, adjust the gap of each part and the height of the handover, and check whether the ultrasonic frequency is properly opened.

2, bottle washing machine water for injection, circulating water, compressed air pressure is insufficient or spray water is not full of bottles and float bottles.

Treatment method: Check the water supply system to increase the high pressure water pump, check whether the filter element is blocked, replace the new filter element as required, check whether the water pump direction is correct, check whether the pipeline is blocked, and clean the water tank filter screen and spray plate.

3. The water temperature of the bottle washer is too high, which causes the auger to deform. The gap between the auger and the bottom rail of the bottle is too large to drop the bottle or break the bottle.

Treatment method: The water for injection used by the bottle washer must be controlled at about 500C. Above this temperature, the heat exchanger should be added to control the water temperature, and the gap between the auger and the bottom rail should be adjusted. The auger deformation needs to be replaced with a new auger. .

4. Adjustment of the handover time between the bottle auger and the lifting block.

Disposal method: Loosen the M8 socket head cap screw on the right end of the auger coupling sleeve, turn the auger to make the bottle overlap with the lifting block, and then tighten the clamping sleeve fixing screw. If the hand-cranked auger sends the bottle into the dial block without a jam, it indicates that it has been adjusted in place, otherwise it needs further adjustment.

5. The bottle washer lifts the block and the slider is deformed due to excessive water temperature or the M4 fixing screw is easy to loosen and cause the whole machine to be stuck.

Treatment method: Remove the lifting block and slider from all inspections. Re-squeeze the slider, bearing and M4 fixing screw to tighten the screw. The deformation of the slider needs to be replaced again. The bearing needs to be replaced with a new imported stainless steel bearing. More importantly, the water temperature should be controlled.

6. The brush bar machine arc fence, lifting block and manipulator clip intersection area is easy to break the bottle or drop the bottle.
