Many walking tractors have a common fault, that is, the clutch shaft is oiled outward. Some drivers have to install a metal oil barrier near the clutch, and some hang a bottle under the clutch to hold the leaked gear oil. These are negative measures and do not prevent gear oil from coming out. These gear oils are brought up by the gearbox chain. Leaked from the clutch shaft and the claw bearing cover and the separation claw seat.

First, the main reason for clutch shaft oil

1. Defects in design Many of the walking tractors currently produced still use the old design of the early years. There is no oil seal on the claw bearing cover. Some of the inner holes of the separation claw seat do not have a spiral return groove, or the spiral return groove is opened. Wrong, plus the clearance between the separation claw seat and the claw bearing cover and the clutch shaft is large, so the oil is inevitable.

2. The use environment is too bad. Because the walking tractor does not have a cab, the components such as the clutch are often eroded by rainwater. When working in the paddy field, the mud water splashes everywhere. When sowing and harvesting, the dust is flying and the dirt is easily separated. Parts such as the claw seat and the clutch shaft are separated. Due to the harsh environment, the wear of the parts is accelerated, and the gap between the parts is too large, so that the gear oil is easy to be thrown out.

3. The clutch shaft is bent due to the wear of the bearing at both ends of the clutch, or the tension of the belt is too large, causing the clutch shaft to tilt, and the shaft is engaged with the separating claw seat, so that the clutch shaft drives the separating claw seat to rotate together, eventually leading to oil leakage.

Second, the control measures of clutch oil

1. Improve product design. Manufacturers should change the old design, add an oil seal or a better structure at the claw bearing cover.

2. Spiral groove made of car. A spiral groove of sufficient depth is formed in the inner hole of the separation claw seat to guide the extracted gear oil back to the transmission case.

3. Fill with grease. Before installing the rolling bearing, fill the claw bearing 盏 with the base grease and apply grease to the inner wall of the separation claw. (drunk dream)
