The device is composed of a manual interlock device, a stroke switch device and an electric control box. The manual interlocking device and the stroke switch device are located at the flange lock ring of the sterilization pot, and the two are interlocked, and the safety is fully guaranteed. The electric control box is equipped with a power switch and indicator lights and alarm lights (acoustic and optical alarms) such as power supply, lock, pressure, no pressure and alarm.
The locking block of the manual interlock device can close or disengage the interlocking device, which in turn is a valve switch of the body release pipe. When the lid is not locked, the swivel is in the state of not being turned to the position. At this time, the locking block of the interlocking device cannot be locked, the valve of the pressure releasing pipe is in the open state, and the inside of the pot cannot be boosted because even if steam is allowed to enter The pot is also released from the pressure release tube; when the lid is tightly locked, the interlock device can be completely locked, thereby clamping the swivel lock block, so that the lid cannot be loosened by itself; at the same time, the valve of the pressure release tube is Closed, at this time the pot can only be boosted.
(3) Operation method and alarm function of the sterilization interlocking device of the sterilization pot:
1. Open the power switch of the electric control box, the power indicator light is on; at this time, the pot is in a no-pressure state, the no-voltage indicator light is on, and the screen shows no pressure in the pot;
2, close the pot door, the display shows that the pot door has been locked, the manual interlock device is closed, the display shows that the manual interlock device is in place, the safety measures have been put in place, can be boosted, and at the same time, the sound and light alarm prompt; The three-way valve to the inflation position, the gasket is inflated, and the pressure can be operated;
3. When the pressure in the pot rises to 0.004Mpa, the pressure indicator light is on, accompanied by an audible and visual alarm. The display shows that there is pressure in the pot, indicating that the sterilizer is in a pressurized operation state;
4. In the state where there is pressure in the pot, if the inflated three-way valve is mistakenly pulled to the exhaust position, the air pressure in the pot will enter the flange inflation groove to seal the inflatable cushion through the valve, and will not cause leakage to the seal. If the locking block of the manual interlock device is mistakenly dialed (the steam is released from the pressure release pipe at this time), the operation is illegal and must be corrected immediately;
5. When the sterilization stage is over and the cooling is completed, when the pressure drops to 0.002Mpa, the display shows no pressure in the pot, the work is completed, and accompanied by an audible and visual alarm, indicating that the safety interlock can be disengaged and the three-way valve is opened. To the exhaust position, drain the gasket working air pressure, and then open the pot door.
