1. Turn the switch on.

3. Insert the corresponding chuck into the upper and lower jaw base according to the shape and size of the sample.

4. Roll the recording paper on the drum of the plotter, if you need it.

5. Start the oil pump motor, let the test bench rise 10 mm, and then close the oil valve. If the test bench is already in the raised position, you don't need to open the oil pump to send oil first, only the oil delivery valve can be closed.

6. Clamp one end of the sample into the upper jaw.

7. Turn on the oil pump to adjust the pointer to the zero point of the dial.

8. Open the lower jaw motor, lift the lower jaw to the appropriate height, and clamp the other end of the specimen into the lower jaw. Care should be taken to make the specimen vertical.
