The drying oven is used for drying and dry heat sterilization of articles, and the incubator is used for the cultivation of microorganisms and biological materials. The structure and usage of the two instruments are similar. The drying oven is used at a temperature range of 50 to 250 ° C. The blast-type electric heating is used to accelerate the temperature rise. The maximum operating temperature of the incubator is 60 °C.

1. How to use

(1) Insert the thermometer into the seat (in the middle of the top bleed regulator).

(2) Plug the power plug into a power outlet.

(3) Turn the heating wire group to the 1 or 2 position (depending on the required temperature), at which point the blower can be turned on to promote hot air convection. When the heating wire group is turned on, the red indicator light is on.

(4) Pay attention to the thermometer. When the temperature of the thermometer is about to reach the required temperature, adjust the automatic temperature control knob so that the green indicator light just lights up. Observe the thermometer and indicator light after ten minutes. If the temperature indicated by the thermometer exceeds the demand and the red indicator light is still on, then Rotate the automatic temperature control knob slightly counterclockwise to adjust the temperature to the required temperature. The indicator light turns red and green. The automatic thermostat knob is on the upper left side of the front of the cabinet. Its scale plate cannot be used as a temperature standard indicator and can only be used as a marker for adjustment.

(5) In the constant temperature process, if three sets of heating wires are not required to be simultaneously heated, only one set of heating wires can be turned on. The more the number of open groups, the faster the temperature rises.

(6) After working for a certain period of time, you can open the top center venting regulator to discharge the moisture, or you can turn on the blower.

(7) After use, turn off the heating wire grouping switch and turn the knob of the automatic thermostat to the zero position in the counterclockwise direction.

(8) Unplug the power cord.

2. Precautions

(1) Check the power supply before use, and have a good ground wire.

(2) There is no explosion-proof equipment in the drying box. Do not put flammable and volatile items in the box. Do not place flammable objects near the cabinet.

(3) The inside of the box should be kept clean, and the net should not have rust, otherwise it will affect the cleanliness of the glassware.

(4) It should be monitored regularly during use to avoid the effect of temperature rise and fall or the occurrence of accidents.

(5) The motor bearings of the blower should be refueled once every six months.

(6) Do not twist the temperature sensor inside the box. Also avoid collision with the temperature sensor when placing the item, otherwise the temperature will be unstable.

(7) Turn off the power during maintenance.
