There are three methods for applying microelement fertilizer directly to crop seeds: dressing, soaking and seed coating. Seed dressing: First, the quantitative micro-fertilizer is dissolved in water to form a dilute solution (general concentration is between 0.02% and 0.1%). Then, the micro-fertilizer solution is placed in a sprayer or a watering can and sprayed on the seed with a sprayer. While stirring, so that each seed evenly stained with fertilizer solution, the solution should not be too much, so as to avoid wrinkling seed coat, resulting in bad species. The method of soaking and fertilizing requires the soil of the sowing place to have a good moisture content, generally above the jaundice. If the soil is arid and reaches the ash level, the soil around the sown seeds will consume a lot of water and affect the emergence. Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and
filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is
incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of
compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing
adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen
of desired purity at 93%±2% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply
of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then
reach to 150bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.
